I had the pleasure of meeting with Becca & Dan when they booked with me months before their wedding day. From the word go I felt super comfortable around them both and knew that their big day would be a dream! A few weeks prior to their wedding we met again to photograph their engagement shoot. At 35 weeks pregnant I made the fabulous suggestion of climbing up to the top of Caesars camp to get some awesome sunset shots. Don’t get me wrong, we got some awesome sunset shots, however I feel that Dan was slightly worried that he may have to carry me back down – something that I doubt he would have managed to do!!

Their engagement shoot was a total breeze and it made me even more excited about shooting their big day. Having previously photographed Sandra & Bob’s wedding at Oakley Hall, I knew that the venue was gorgeous and was looking forward to having the opportunity to shoot there again. As I was heavily pregnant by the time that their wedding came along, I had the lovely Sophie join me for Becca & Dan’s big day – better to be safe then sorry.. We arrived to the bridal prep in the morning and it was blissfully calm, Becca and her bridesmaids all looked fabulous and there was not once ounce of stress in the air. Becca’s dress was utterly jaw dropping and she looked enviously tiny in it – a total babe of a bride! Their day continued in a beautiful fashion, the church was gorgeous, the groom looked handsome and no-one fluffed their lines – winning.

Oakley hall has some incredible spots for couple shots and we were lucky enough to tempt Becca & Dan over to the corn fields – once Sophie had flattened them a path (thanks Soph!) These two were so much fun to photograph, they were amazing at letting me experiment with different locations and lighting and so chilled (even after falling off of the rope swing, a moment that I of course captured on camera).

Becca & Dan – thank you so much for being so welcoming and lovely to me throughout your big day. I had a fabulous day and am so grateful that you chose me to capture it for you.

I hope that you love your preview xxx
